エイベックス・グループと81プロデュース共同オーディションで選ばれた、声優とアイドルの活動の両立を目指すハイブリッドユニット“i☆Ris”
2012年2月「第1回アニソン・ヴォーカルオーディション」の合格者6名で結成。
11月7日、アニメ「バトルスピリッツ ソードアイズ」EDテーマ『Color』にてCDデビュー。
2013年8月には、芹澤が声優としてメインキャスト「福原あん」役を務めたアニメ「プリティーリズム・レインボーライブ」のEDテーマとなる、3ndシングル『§Rainbow』をリリース。
2014年7月には新TVアニメ「プリパラ」にて、茜屋の主役キャストを始め、全員が主要キャストに。またオープニングテーマ曲「Make it!」を8月20日にリリースすることが決定！！

They are hybrid idol group who works not only as voice actress but also idol. They were chosen from co-audition of Avex group and 81 Produce. 6 of them who won at the first anisong vocal audition formed a group in February, 2012. They made a debut with a single “Color” which was used as an ending theme song for “Battle Sprits Sword Eyes” on November 7. In August 2013, they released their 3rd single “§Rainbow” which was also an ending theme song for “Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live” that Serizawa provided a voice of main character “An Fukuhara”. In new TV animation series “Pripara”, Akaneya is providing her voice of main character and the rest of them are also acting as a voice actress in this program since this July. Furthermore, they will be releasing a new single “Make it!” which is an opening theme song for this program on August 20.

自艾迴音樂集團以及知名聲優事務所81プロデュース所共同策畫的甄選會中粹選、聲優與偶像兩者兼備的藝能團體“i☆Ris”
2012年2月所舉辦的甄選會「第1回アニソン・ヴォーカルオーディション」中脫穎而出的6名合格者所結成。
11月7日、以動畫「バトルスピリッツ ソードアイズ」的片尾曲『Color』出道。
2013年8月、成員芹澤以聲優身分擔綱動畫「プリティーリズム・レインボーライブ」的要角「福原あん」，並同時演唱同作品片尾曲、也就是她們第3張單曲作品『§Rainbow』。
2014年7月播放的最新動畫「プリパラ」成員茜屋遴選為主角聲優，其餘要角也由成員們擔綱演出！由她們演唱的同作品主題曲「Make it!」亦在8月20日正式發行！！
